Paint Refreshes
Touch-ups, repaints, and practical cosmetic refreshes. Larger paint requests, color changes, heavy prep, or multi-coat jobs may be reviewed separately.
Property Cleaning
Deep cleaning, move-out or move-in cleaning, carpet cleaning, post-repair cleanup, and final property preparation.
Exterior Cleanup & Pressure Washing
Light exterior cleanup, debris pickup, curb-appeal touchups, and pressure washing for property-prep projects.

Flooring requests that meet NorthStone’s project requirements, roof and gutter revitalization subject to vendor availability, larger paint projects, specialty cleanouts, and other property-specific requests may be reviewed individually.

4. You receive completion photos Once the approved work is complete, you receive photo documentation and one clear invoice.
